Delivery information
UK delivery. Estimated standard delivery: 3–5 business days in total, including 1–2 business days handling and 2–3 business days carrier transit. Check the delivery service and charge for your address before paying. Any different production schedule must be explained before purchase.

For standard, non-personalised items, notify us within 30 calendar days after delivery, then send the item within 14 calendar days after notifying us. The day after delivery is day one. Items returned under this additional offer must be complete, undamaged and unused beyond reasonable inspection. No restocking fee.
Contact us for postal return instructions and the appropriate destination. Return postage depends on the terms disclosed before purchase; we cover reasonable costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods where legally responsible. Qualifying personalised goods are excluded from change-of-mind returns, but your statutory rights remain.
Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. The applicable deadlines and return-cost rules are explained in our full policy. Exchanges are by agreement, subject to availability and any disclosed price or delivery differences.
